"Yeah, good, just busy!" Probably the most common answer given when asked how you are doing. But how 'nice' is busy really? Experiencing stress is anything but nice. Not for our bodies - not for our minds. With these 4 tips, you can change that. Bring on that stress-free week: you've got this!

1. Slow morning: Create a nice routine that works for you

Starting the day calmly... you can only do that on weekends, right? We hear you thinking. Not quite true. You may have less time in the morning during the week, but that doesn't mean it has to be stressful. Lucky you!

Challenge yourself to try different morning routines for a period of time. That way, you can figure out what suits you. For example, listening to music, writing out thoughts, tidying up your house, reading a book or going for a walk.

2. Overview: know what you are going to do

3. Relax: breathe in, breath out

Relaxing, really relaxing, is quite difficult. Soon we sink down on the sofa, put on a TV series and in the meantime look at our phones. A quick dinner and so on. So it probably won't surprise you when we tell you that this doesn't exactly relax your brain. In fact; you give yourself even more stimuli.

A tip is to think beforehand about how you want to relax next week and at what times. In our society, we are used to working - and then relaxing.
