About the delivery

When will I receive my order?

Normally you will receive your order within 2-3 business days. Are you already waiting for a longer time? Please give us a call or shoot us an email.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email after the order is transferred from our warehouse. In addition, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code to track your order. You can also find the time frame in which your order will be delivered using the same code.

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

If you experience any problems regarding the delivery (and you have received a Track & Trace code), please contact DPD. If you have not received your order after a week, please contact our customer service.

Returning your order

What is the return policy?

You can return your order within 30 days of shipping. Check our return policy here.

How can I return my Bambook?
Register your return via the online return form. Pack your Bambook for shipment, preferably reuse the original packaging. That way, the chance of damage is as small as possible and we may be able to make someone else happy with it. After registering your return, you will receive a confirmation email with a return number and shipping label. Print out the shipping label and adhere it to the box. Bring the package to a package point near you. We will refund the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs - these are at your own expense) to your account within 30 days after we have received your return in good condition.
Where can I return my package?

You can drop off your package at every service location you like. So pick the point which serves you best.

When will I get my refund?

As soon as we have received the returned product, we will return the paid amount within 30 days. You will then receive a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

About our products

Do you offer a discount?

Bambook produces products for writing without paper waste. So we help you live more sustainably and shop conscious. We want you to really use our products and not buy “just for the sake of buying”. We therefore want to prevent overconsumption and impulse purchases.

That is why you will not find any offers or promotions at Bambook. One consolation: our products are always at a fair price: for you, for the sheltered workshop and for our tree planters in Madagascar.

What to do if the ink of the Bambook marker runs dry?

Remember to put the cap back on so that it doesn't dry out.

Is your marker nog working anymore? Try this lifehack: push and rotate the marker until the ink comes out and your marker is as good as new!

How do I clean the pages?

Small corrections such as punctuation errors, letters and smudges can easily be made with the eraser on the back of your Bambook marker. For large adjustments and cleaning a full page, we recommend using a slightly damp cloth.

A haze remains in my Bambook notebook after I erase my notes. How do I get rid of this?
We always recommend to use a slightly damp cloth to clean the pages. Possibly with a drop of alcohol or citrus juice if stains remain. Contact us if this doesn't help!
