We work with several carriers, mainly DHL, PostNL and DPD. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can follow when it will be delivered.

Bambook ships to almost every country in Europe. The shipping costs and the minimum amount for free shipping differ per country.

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, whatever your reason. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the mistake is ours. Check our return policy here.

Exception: a Bambook you compose yourself or have engraved with a name is made to order especially for you. It therefore cannot be returned, unless the product is defective.

The payment methods available to you depend on the country your order is shipped to. You will see the options for your country in the last step of checkout.

If you choose to pay later with Klarna, we charge an extra 2%. Other payment methods are free of charge.

All payments are processed by our payment provider Mollie. Missing a payment method? Let us know and we will look into it.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email after the order is transferred from our warehouse. In addition, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code to track your order. You can also find the time frame in which your order will be delivered using the same code.

Yes, it is possible to deliver your order at a different address than your billing address. During the process of ordering your products, there is an option to add a shipping address that differs from the billing address.

All our prices are including VAT.
