Personalise your Bambook notebook

Engrave a name and choose the pages yourself

How cool would it be if you could put your name or the recipient's name on the notebook? Very cool! And from now on it is possible! For a small additional charge we can engrave a name or text on a Bambook hardcover notebook. Extra special and personal, because then there really is only one notebook like yours.

Besides laser engraving a name you can also think of:
A year (like a date of birth or a wedding date), the application you will use it for (travel journal, diary, recipes, etc.).

Enough ideas to make your gift a unique and personal gift!

Compose your Bambook
Decide what your ideal Bambook looks like: choose the size, cover colour and desired page print for every 10 pages. In total, your Bambook contains 40 pages. Personalise your Bambook with an engraved text, for example a name or date (max. 18 characters).

Write, scan, erase & reuse
Write as you normally would in your Bambook with whiteboard pages. The ink of the Bambook marker dries within 7-10 seconds. Made a small mistake? Simply erase it using the eraser on the back of the marker. Scan your notes with the Bambook app to save and share them - then wipe the pages with a slightly damp cloth. Your Bambook notebook can be written on and wiped clean endlessly.

The Bambook app
You can scan, save and share all your notes indefinitely with the Bambook App. Upgrade to the Premium features to effortlessly convert your handwritten notes into digital text and fine-tune them before sharing with your favourite cloud apps, colleagues, or friends. Fully GDPR-compliant!

Save Paper
By erasing and reusing your Bambook, you save (a lot of) paper. This reduces the raw materials and chemicals needed in paper production. Read more about the impact of saving paper here.

Plant Trees
For every notebook purchased, we plant one tree, in partnership with veritree. So, with your purchase, you not only save paper, but also actively contribute to reforestation. Learn more about our reforestation project here.

Sustainable Materials
We work, as much as possible, with the most sustainable materials. The covers of our notebooks are made from FSC-certified cardboard and FSC-certified bamboo. The pages in your Bambook are made from FSC-certified paper sourced from European forests. The pages are finished with a UV coating: a thin, cured polymer layer that makes the paper erasable, protects it, and gives it a clean, refined look. Because of this finish, the notebook is not completely plastic-free, but it is designed to last longer and to be replaced less often. Want to know more about our material choices? You've got questions

And we have answers.

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to have your name lasered in another typeface.

From 25 pieces upwards, it is also possible to personalise a Bambook with a logo or image. Please contact us via the quotation form for more information.

Good question! Laser engraving a Bambook with name via the configurator on our webshop is an automated process. Because the placement of the text and size remain the same, we can automate this process. A Bambook with a logo, on the other hand, is custom-designed. Our in-house design team has to manually convert the logo to be suitable for laser engraving. In addition, we have to charge start-up costs for this, which makes it cost-prohibitive to purchase just one. Therefore, we work with a minimum order of 25 pieces for customised notebooks with logo or design.

Personalised Bambook notebooks cannot be returned. This is because all notebooks are lasered to order and cannot be resold. Therefore, it is not possible to return or exchange the personalised Bambook. An exception is when the product shows defects, such as problems with the erasability of the product or damage. In this case, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to discuss a proper solution together.

Size A5: 148x210mm

Size A4: 210x297mm

Cover: Bamboo hardcover with laser engraving

It is certainly possible to laser a different text! Besides lasering a name, you can also think of: A year (date of birth, wedding date) or intended purpose (travel journal, diary, recipes etc.). There are plenty of ideas to personalise your gift! From 25 pieces upwards, it is also possible to laser-engrave a logo or image. Please contact us via the quotation form to inquire more information.

Currently, it’s not possible to have a Calendar, Notepad or Do-book lasered with your name. We have tried to standardise this process as much as possible so that it remains manageable for the people at our workshop. We hope you can understand.

We apply a laser engraving technique to personalise a hardcover Bambook. During engraving, the laser burns into the bamboo cover and leaves a design on the product. Your name appears in relief on the cover, so there’s no colour involved here.

Great idea! At the moment, we do not support this option. Simply because logistically it’s not feasible given the large variety of Originals and the start-up costs of the printing presses.

Laser engraving a Bambook with name via the configurator on our webshop is an automated process. Because the placement of the text and size remain the same, we can automate this process. For this reason, it is not possible to laser your name in a different position. If you would still like this, it is possible from 25 pieces upwards. Please contact us via the quotation form.

If we’re talking smaller quantities (less than 25), you can order a Bambook with the name of your employees via the webshop. If you would like to order more than 25 personalised notebooks for your company, please contact us via the quotation form. We will be happy to help you create a personal and lasting gift for your employees or colleagues!

Yes it can! You can add a Bambook with name to our festive gift box. You can add this option to your order.. You will then receive your personalised Bambook in a luxury gift box containing not only your A5 notebook, but also a cleaning set and marker set (S).

Having your name or text lasered onto the Bambook notebook takes time and attention. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery.

We work with several carriers, mainly DHL, PostNL and DPD. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can follow when it will be delivered.
