Yes, for sure! Brent, one of the founders of Bambook, is left-handed himself. So we’ve thought about that as well! The Notepad is specifically suited for left-handed people, because the ring binder is situated at the top.

Tip from Brent: place your Bambook at a slight angle and you are good to go!

This depends on how intensively you use it. The lifespan of the Bambook marker is similar to the lifespan of a regular marker.

Has the ink (almost) run out? It can be refilled using our refill station.

Ordered before 12:00 on a business day (Mon–Fri)? We ship it the same day. Normally you will receive your order within 2-3 business days. A Bambook you compose yourself or have engraved with a name is made to order: please allow one extra business day.

Already waiting longer? Please give us a call or send us an email.

We work with several carriers, mainly DHL, PostNL and DPD. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can follow when it will be delivered.

Bambook ships to almost every country in Europe. The shipping costs and the minimum amount for free shipping differ per country.

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, whatever your reason. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the mistake is ours. Check our return policy here.

Exception: a Bambook you compose yourself or have engraved with a name is made to order especially for you. It therefore cannot be returned, unless the product is defective.

Is something wrong with your product after these 30 days? Please contact us and we will find a suitable solution together.

The payment methods available to you depend on the country your order is shipped to. You will see the options for your country in the last step of checkout.

If you choose to pay later with Klarna, we charge an extra 2%. Other payment methods are free of charge.

All payments are processed by our payment provider Mollie. Missing a payment method? Let us know and we will look into it.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email after the order is transferred from our warehouse. In addition, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code to track your order. You can also find the time frame in which your order will be delivered using the same code.

You can also buy Bambook products at a number of stores in the Netherlands and Belgium!
